In this standard, the number of particles less than half a micron in a cubic foot is measured. In order to have a scale for half-micron particles, it should be said that the thickness of a human hair is usually between 75 and 100 microns. However, some industries and standards consider particles smaller than half a micron. To design a clean room, they use special designs such as a special color is used for the floor, walls and windows, or the air flow should be more than usual. However, the construction alone is not enough and it must be properly maintained, for example, the existing air filters should be replaced on time, or the users should receive the necessary training in this regard.
