In a clean room with a proper ventilation system, proper filtration can be achieved.

• Normal air conditioner:

Conventional air conditioners have three stages of filtration G4+F7+f9 and also a HEPA filter stage at the end point.

The air flow in class 100 and below is laminar flow.

A clean room with a higher class has a positive pressure compared to its neighboring rooms.

The pressure difference gauge is installed to display the pressure difference between the rooms.

The design of the clean room doors should be such that they have the least leakage.

In case of any problem in filtration or ventilation system, it should be warned by alarm or display.

The incoming air enters from the ceiling and the outgoing air comes from the floor

Hygienic air conditioner:

It has three filtration stages, at least one of which is placed after the fan.

The inner wall is all steel and has smooth surfaces and rounded edges.

It is preferable to have a fan plug.

It has a high efficiency engine.

The doors and body of the device are completely airtight.

It should have an inspection valve for the fan and filters.

It has a pressure difference gauge for the filters.

Preferably, its motor has an inverter.

• Air conditioner with 100% fresh air (Full Fresh) with heat recovery system:

This system recovers about 50% of the thermal energy of the exhaust air provided that there is no risk of pollution.

Although the amount of initial investment increases a bit, but with the passage of time, this transitory capital is compensated. For example, when the outside air is -10c^˚ in winter and the air inside the clean room is c^˚+22, with this system, the intake air can be increased to about c^˚+5.
